- Grip Strength Weakness
- Thoracic Outlet Syndrome
The goal of this movement is to release the muscle knot in the muscle known as the Flexor Carpi Radialis, which can cause pain to radiate down to the wrist – mimicking symptoms of Carpal Tunnel Syndrome.
- Details
Sometimes this muscle knot can mimic symptoms of Carpal Tunnel Syndrome as well – since the referral pattern of this knot can move down towards your wrist and hand.
This is typically where people feel symptoms of Carpal Tunnel Syndrome – but sometimes it’s not it!
It could 100% be a muscle knot – and in this case the muscle we’re talking about is the Flexor Carpi Radialis. A fancy name for a muscle in our forearm that flexes our wrist towards us.
