Why we assess

Assessing, testing and figuring out what deficiencies there are first, rather than just running to the source of pain or just going all over the place would be much more effective in helping you meet your goals more efficiently and pleasantly!

Novel Techniques

This form of therapy is different from acupuncture you may be used to hearing about. This form of acupuncture is a more westernized version, that looks to target the neuromuscular system to help reduce pain, maintain function and increase range of motion!

It's not just massage

I won’t just be departing you with another day for you to come back to the clinic to work on more of your concerns. I’ll leave you with a better understanding of your body, ways to address your issues at home, and of course exercises to do for yourself!
