Our online personal training service includes a personalized training plan that is updated every 4 to 8 weeks. You’ll also receive meal planning guidance, grocery shopping support, accountability check-ins, and sustainable habit coaching to help you stay consistent.

What is the difference between the 12 Week Starter Program and the Training Journey?

The 12-week program is a structured protocol designed to produce results based on your input and adherence. In contrast, the training journey is a longer-term, adaptable coaching relationship focused on continual progress and lifestyle integration. I recommend choosing the 12 Week Starter Program if you are still unsure about Online Personal Training, and then choosing a Training Journey afterwards when you feel confident and happy with your results.

Do I need a gym membership?

Yes, some form of gym access is required. However, we can adapt your program to work with home or apartment gym equipment if needed.

How long will it take to see results?

Results depend on your effort, training history, dietary habits, and consistency with the program. On average, you can expect to see visible changes within 12 weeks.

How often do I check in with you?

Weekly check-ins are conducted every weekend to monitor progress and make adjustments as needed.

What if I have an injury or medical condition?

Your program will be customized to accommodate any injuries or medical conditions. We take a rehabilitative approach to help you train safely, support recovery, and build long-term resilience.

Can I cancel or pause my program?

We offer a 10-day cancellation window for a full refund. After that period, a 10% contract buyout fee applies. Only the Journey Program can be paused, with a maximum pause duration of 20 weeks.
