…clients achieve long-lasting relief through a holistic and client-centered approach. She is an active member of both the RMTOA and ACMA associations.
Her practice integrates a range of techniques, including Swedish massage, proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF), myofascial release, cupping therapy, and craniosacral therapy. She also has a focused interest in prenatal and postnatal care, especially working with scar tissue and restoring range of motion.
Arevik has additional training in orofacial myofunctional therapy and offers specialized care for TMJ dysfunction, helping clients address jaw pain, tension, and functional imbalances with a targeted and evidence-informed approach.
She believes that treatment does not always need to be painful to be effective. Her philosophy is rooted in the understanding that everything in the body is interconnected—including the relationship between the body and mind. In every session, she aims to uncover and address the root cause of pain rather than simply treating the symptoms.
Fluent in English, Russian, Ukrainian, and Armenian, Arevik values creating a safe, inclusive space for clients from all backgrounds. For her, the most fulfilling part of her work is seeing clients leave not only pain-free, but with results that truly last.
